Thanks and we too are also looking to establish long term business relationship. This has been our company mission to build sustainable partners through repeat orders. Unfortunately, for larger orders above $1,000 our company policy does require T/T transfer as our finance team need to provide the purchase order validation such that our warehouse team can commence the quality control checking, packing and shipping for wholesale clients. Prior to that, our logistics team will touch base with our freight forwarder to prepare the packing list and booking form, as well as scheduling a date for on boarding of parcels.



There is a lot of paperwork and dialogue behind the scene with 3rd parties that needs to be accurate and in control.  Unfortunately, we have been burnt in the past when working with a few partners using the 30/60 day credit limit or escrow service but this has lead to many follow ups and sometimes even financial loss. Therefore, since last year we decided to agree on a 100% upfront payment  to avoid such series of events from occurring. All of our existing wholesale clients in the US, Canada, UK and Australia are following this same protocol.



That being said, we do understand that you may feel uncomfortable with this risk. However, unlike other suppliers we have own our retail store and have been in business for some time so we can guarantee your order will be delivered in timely fashion according to your order.
