I feel really bad for what you are going through right now, and I truly understand where you are coming from. When we pay for shipping and purchase online we expect the product to be delivered asap and on time. 
 
But we do need to defend our brand and company as this is the only few times we've heard of shipment issue as our products are under strict conditions and shipped out asap from the time of order. We have producing quality products for over the past 5 years for both retail and business clients. Do check out our actual site by google "Kigu Kawaii".

We have called SingPost this morning to alert them of the issue. We will continue to speak with them over the next few days to expedite the process to the best of our possibility. We apologise for the delay on behalf of the courier company and will do our best to resolve the shipping delivery. In the meantime, we have done a screen capture on the Canada Post site, we have been told it is on route and the ETA is about 1-2 weeks. Will keep you posted.
