Your [ name of item  ] dakimakura pillow is completed, but the [    name of item   ] anime dakimakura when I opened it for quality inspection, was a bit blurry.



As such, I have asked the production team to do it again.  I want to drop you a note because this will lead to a few more days of waiting, so would you be ok if we get this fixed and then send you the parcel all together?

Sorry for the delay, infact we usually produce and ship items within a week. But we've had some temporary staff resource issues so we have some major backlog delays. We will be fixing this but this is the reason for the delay.



As for your change of address, I have forwarded this to the shipping team so they are aware and will take note. Apologies for the delay again.
